Spiritual Reflection

We all have stories to tell.
We need a safe space to tell them.

Spiritual Reflection usually meets twice per month following the worship service. Those who want to share are invited to reflect on anything that came up for them during worship: perhaps a thought from the sermon, a line from the poem, something from the lectionary.

Or people are invited to simply listen if that’s what makes them most comfortable.

We make space for one another, we listen to one another, we encourage one another, we hold in confidence what is shared. In doing this, we discover more about one another, build up relationship and trust, and allow ourselves to be impacted by another person’s perspective.
